"I was with State Farm for 20 years. My previous agent was great and we had no issues with anything during our time with him. Unfortunately his clients were passed on to Chad Carlisle and had constant issues at that point. I couldn't even get them to call me back about adding a policy, but the breaking point was constantly changing my policy, asking me to sign something decreasing my coverage at least once every 2 months over the last year, just to receive a bill that was $200 higher than the previous month (nothing changed, no accidents and no claims). Waited over a week for them to fix it so I could pay my bill (they assured me this would happen) and nothing was done. Left me zero choice but to move on. The lack of caring for their long term customers is disturbing. Not once to Chad reach out to me himself. Happy to be moving on!"
